Here at Sam's, we make probably the best pizza in Hitchin. Using the finest Italian 00 flour, juiciest San Marzano tomatoes, creamy fior di latte mozzarella and fresh ingredients to top.

🍅 We pride ourselves in using authentic premium Italian ingredients. Gold standard Rega tomatos, 00 Caputo flour and beautiful mozzarella.

🍕 Unique style you wont find anywhere else! As well as being the only stone baked, sourdough pizza spot locally, we put a spin on Neapolitan style pizza. Still thin base, soft puffy crusts but with a slight crisp mmmm.

About Us

Sandwiched between our friends Cafe 77 & Chicken George. We have small amount of seating for dine in (no bookings), and offer takeaway and delivery.

Have a private event you need catering for? We regularly get asked to cater weddings and birthdays! Send us an email for all enquires. Pop up on site, or local bulk order discounts.

We use premium Caputo flour, incredibly fine with a high protein content. Minimum 72 hour fermentation period for enhanced flavour.
